The PG200 software developed by Nonlinear Dynamics offers an advanced workflow and powerful data analysis for your proteomics research.

  • Set up
    • You build your experiments using a simple wizard. Samples can be defined and replicates grouped for averaging
    • All experiments are processed in a standard way, reducing the level of subjectivity introduced by lesser software products
  • Process
    • The software performs a complete, automatic analysis without any further intervention
    • Sophisticated algorithms accurately detect all spots, even from low levels of expression
    • Automatic image warping aligns the gel images, accounting for differences between the gels in your experiment
    • The automatic warping then drives highly accurate matching across your gels

    • There is an extensive range of tools for viewing and optimizing your analysis results
    • Spot differences and expression changes can be easily identified
    • T-test and ANOVA results are automatically generated for replicate samples
    • Interesting spots can be selected for picking and subsequent mass spec. PG200 can co-ordinate picking and drive a wide range of spot picking robots.
