Nonlinear Dynamics releases next generation of Phoretix™ Array image analysis software

(Newcastle upon Tyne, UK). Nonlinear Dynamics Ltd, an innovative provider of bioinformatics solutions announces the release of Phoretix Array v3.0. The new version of this array analysis product strongly reflects the most advanced requirements of microarray / macroarray based research. After undergoing critical review by Nonlinear's specialised in-house software engineers this latest release offers the array image analysis market a superior level of performance and sophistication.

The upgraded version delivers automatic detection of non-uniform grid types - an essential requirement due to the increase of custom-designed grids and sub grids for highly specialised research projects. Scientists will also benefit from the flexibility provided by the Dual Channel Analysis feature, facilitating effective analysis of two samples represented upon one physical array and direct analysis of corresponding spots.

Array v3.0 is one of the most powerful and accurate products available, with enhanced spot detection and improved spot alignment to eliminate potential spot overlap. Scientists can now achieve more accurate and reproducible results first time. Dependable precision analyses are also much faster with enhanced active processing speed and significant reduction of memory requirements.
