New improved Array Database from Nonlinear Dynamics extends the potential of Array analysis

(Newcastle upon Tyne, UK). Nonlinear Dynamics Ltd, an innovative provider of bioinformatics solutions announces the release of Phoretix Array Database v2.0. The incorporation of the recently upgraded Phoretix Array v3.0 and the new database provides intelligent data handling solutions for in-depth micro and macro array research.

The upgraded Array Database introduces a new Data Mining Wizard allowing improved statistical capabilities - an essential addition for highly specialized research projects. Scientists can employ the advanced statistical methods of Principal Component Analysis, Multidimensional Scaling or Correspondence Analysis in the investigation of their data.

After undergoing critical review by Nonlinear's specialized in-house software engineers this latest version has a reworked interface, to organize the layout in an easy to use, yet familiar format.

Array Database v2.0 combined with Phoretix Array v3.0 is setting standards in precision and usability. The automatic detection of custom (non-uniform) or uniform grids is fast and accurate. Data management tools offer comprehensive and flexible statistical analysis. Together the Array products offer a superior level of analytical capability, producing consistently accurate results.
