New Phoretix 1D Professional - leading a revolution in data handling for 1D electrophoresis applications

(Newcastle upon Tyne, UK). Nonlinear Dynamics Ltd announces a new release of Phoretix 1D Professional, providing automated, accurate analysis of 1D electrophoresis gels.

Designed for complete data integration and interpretation, this software maximizes the potential of 1D electrophoresis with functions specifically created for bio-data. The database facilitates collaborative and high-throughput studies, additional data is easily validated and incorporated into existing data sets. Such speedy import facilities provide a constantly up-to-date library resource for ongoing research.

Within the database analytical features enable advanced interrogation and data retrieval, quickly providing scientists with reliable data, including analysis of lane relationships, complex band patterns and identification of similar data sets.
