Nonlinear Dynamics Move Global HQ to Cuthbert House (Newcastle upon Tyne, UK) Nonlinear Dynamics, a leading provider of bioinformatics solutions, announced that it has completed the move of its global headquarters to Cuthbert House, All Saints, Newcastle upon Tyne. The property is owned by Commercial Estates Management (CEM) who were advised by Chesterton International. Nonlinear's move, which will see all its UK office based staff relocate to Cuthbert House, was completed in early April. The air conditioned 12 000 sq ft office is to accommodate all staff on one floor with space for future expansion if required. The office space, let by CEM, was originally open-plan; however Nonlinear has commissioned considerable refurbishing so as to meet the needs of various internal departments. Recreational facilities including kitchen, breakfast bar and showers have also been installed to accommodate Nonlinear's growing staff, which in the UK now totals 58 full time employees. John Spreadbury, Group Sales and Marketing Director of Nonlinear Dynamics said: "As a global software provider, Nonlinear has a growing number of offices worldwide, and this move reflects the developing stature of the company. We are excited to be moving and believe that these new premises will provide an excellent base from which we can direct our global operations and build our domestic team in the North East." Chris Pearson, Regional Director for Chesterton International's Newcastle Office, said: "The policy to upgrade space at Cuthbert House has paid off for CEM. The building has undergone extensive refurbishment.
