The company is demonstrating increasing levels of sustainability and profitability and Deloitte and Touche is pleased to see Nonlinear's success translated into this year's profit margins."

Over this period, Nonlinear Dynamics conducted a major expansion of its sales pipeline. Investing in its direct sales team, coupled with new and renegotiated OEM partnerships, has helped significantly to reinvigorate Nonlinear's distribution channels. New or upgraded commercial collaborations for 2003/4 included PerkinElmer Inc., Shimadzu Corporation, Genetix Ltd and Genomic Solutions Inc..

The financial year 2003/4 saw numerous new product releases, especially to Nonlinear's innovative 2D product range. Updated versions of Progenesis Workstation and Progenesis Discovery were released, along with upgrades to the well-established Phoretix 2D Evolution and the launch of 2D Expression. Nonlinear also strengthened its product portfolio in other bioinformatics markets with new releases of 1D and 1D Pro, TotalLab and ImageQuant TL.

John Spreadbury, Group Sales and Marketing Director of Nonlinear Dynamics and CEO of Nonlinear USA Inc, said, "Our new product releases were show-cased at various high profile events and have been excellently received by the global Life Science community. Building on this success, we are planning yet more product releases before the end of this year."
