Proteomic Research Services invests in Progenesis Discovery to enhance protein analysis services

(Newcastle upon Tyne, UK) Nonlinear Dynamics, a leading provider of bioinformatics solutions, today announced that Proteomic Research Services, Inc. (Michigan, USA) has chosen Progenesis Discovery to enhance its 2D electrophoresis capabilities.

PRS provides a broad range of proteomic lab services including differential protein analysis. Progenesis Discovery will form the core of this operation, applying a statistically-driven approach to its 2D gel based research services. Progenesis Discovery delivers the highest quality of 2D spot detection and matching, applying an automatic, iterative and sensitive process to identify statistically validated changes in protein expression.
