21 CFR part 11 compliance For labs required to meet a higher level of data security, there is an additional module available with the TL100 and TL120 software which allows you to operate in a 21 CFR Part 11 fashion. It enables the use of secure log-ins, electronic signatures, audit trails with complete data integrity and security for your 1D analysis projects.

The TL120 software has a powerful band matching feature which is flexible yet easy to use. There are visual tools to show the results of matching and identify similarities within a gel, including lane clustering via dendrograms. Extensive comparisons and visualisation of band patterns across an entire research project are possible.
Data library and mining
Lane data can be mined, queried and retrieved using the extensive array of tools available. Library searches allow classification and identification of unknown lanes.
