TL120 DM upgrade |

|
TL120 DM is the TL120 analysis software complete with the DM database component so you can archive all your analysed results and perform cross experiment investigations. DM component:Provides a comprehensive 1D analysis archiveIt is vital that you can store all your analysed 1D experimental data safe in the knowledge that you will be able to easily retrieve results in the future. You can search under a range of experiment criteria or customisable user defined fields which can be built when setting up your analysis in TL120. Data searches can be flexible in scope, looking at the whole database, a specified results set, or your reference library of identified samples. Allows matching of lanes across experimentsThe TL120 DM software is extremely powerful as it allows a completely flexible approach to matching. Each individual lane can be compared to any other lane within the database. The results of matching across many experiments can be presented in a range of dendrogram types or table display presented in multiple formats which can be re-ordered and ranked for convenient viewing of results. Identifies lane relationships across many experimentsDendrograms which allow the study of relationships between lanes stored in the database are created using the simple to follow wizard. Once built, the dendrogram is scalable and fully interactive, it can be re-ordered to allow a flexible presentation of lane relationships. Results sets can be created from the lane cluster nodes for further investigation.
Performs complex band pattern queriesThe extensive query functions in the TL120 DM software allow you to set up and save searches for bands or band patterns which have been identified in a lane. The stringency of your queries can be fully controlled with the use of the search tolerance feature - a simple slider which highlights the search range on the lane window. Band pattern queries can be performed on a results set you have identified or the entire database.
Classifies unknown samplesLanes containing unknown samples can be identified and classified against a defined reference library of identified samples. Maintenance of the library is very straightforward and it can be easily shared with co-workers to facilitate collaboration on large projects. Manages clinical dataThe incorporation of patient data into the database can be customised
to suit your research. Mandatory data fields where key patient information
is stored are provided, the addition of further user defined fields
allows a degree of data integrity which allows management of a clinical
study.
