Support for this format is provided as standard.
Supports the use of the Phenyx search engine from GeneBio.
To be able to load exported search results, the search should be performed using an MGF file created by Progenesis LC-MS. Results should be exported from Phenyx as a text file in the “Progenesis (TSV)” format.
