Using Image Licence Codes

First create a new experiment, then when you reach the licensing stage of the workflow, it will show your images along with their licence state (initially 'unlicensed'). Enter your licence code (e.g. VGH-HJAR-8C74-6SE) into the box highlighted below.

Then click the "Use Licence Code" button, and Progenesis SameSpots will connect to our licence server over the internet to download your licence key for your images. Once this is done, the images will be highlighted in green and their licence state will be updated to show you can now analyse them with Progenesis SameSpots.

What if the PC is not connected to the internet?

If the PC you are using for Progenesis SameSpots is not connected to the internet, you will need to send the licence request file to us by email. In this case, when you click the "Use Licence Code" button, you will be given the option of saving the licence request to a file, which can then be emailed to us.

Once we have processed your licence request, we will reply to your email with the licence file for your images. Then you can double click on the licence file to use it, and continue with Progenesis SameSpots.
