Phenyx

Support for this search method is provided as standard.

Supports the use of the Phenyx search engine from GeneBio.

Export format:	Mascot generic format (*.mgf)
Import format:	Progenesis (TSV) file (*.txt)

To be able to load exported search results, the search should be performed using an MGF file created by TransOmics™ Informatics. Results should be exported from Phenyx as a text file in the “Progenesis (TSV)” format.
