Download support for this search method

Supports the import of protein identifications generated by EasyProt. EasyProt is the result of a collaborative effort between the Human Protein Science department at the University of Geneva, the Swiss Center for Applied Human Toxicology and the Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics.

Identification information should be exported from EasyProt in PepXml format.

Export format:	Mascot generic format (*.mgf)
Import format:	PepXml format (*.pepXml)
