SEQUEST (dta and pepXml files)

Support for this search method is provided as standard.

Supports peptide searches performed in the SEQUEST search engine.

This extension supports installations of SEQUEST that are configured to output results as pepXml, an open data format, intended to provide a common format used by many different search engines.

Export format:	SEQUEST peak list files (*.dta)
Import format:	pepXml files (*.xml)
