About this plug-in

IMPaLA (Integrated Molecular Pathway Level Analysis) is an online tool that aggregates and queries many other pathway analysis tools including KEGG and Reactome. It allows the simultaneous querying of results from both proteomics and metabolomics experiments and supports both over-representation analysis and enrichment analysis.
