Support for Spectrum Mill
About this plug-in
Supports the use of Spectrum Mill from Agilent Technologies.
To be able to load exported search results, the search should be performed using PKL files which may be created by Progenesis QI for proteomics. Results should be exported from Spectrum Mill as tag summary .tsv files.
