Compatibility
This software is compatible with Windows 10, Windows 8/8.1, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server 2012.
Computers with Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008 need to have Service Pack 2 for these systems installed.
Computers with Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2 need to have Service Pack 1 for these systems installed.
To see whether your mass spectrometer is supported, please see the list of supported MS file formats. Note that support for some file formats will require an additional download after installing the software.
Important
- This version no longer supports Windows XP.
Download instructions
- Click here to download the software (154MB)
- When prompted, save the file to a convenient location on your PC.
- Once the download is complete, double-click the saved file to install the software.
Once you have installed the software, you may find it useful to download the user guide and tutorial data set too.
Upgrade your dongle
If you are upgrading from Progenesis QI for proteomics v3.0 or an earlier version and the software is licensed via a dongle, you will need to upgrade your dongle to be able to run Progenesis QI for proteomics v4.2. Provided you have a valid support contract and an internet connection, you should be able to do this through the software's licensing page the first time you run the software. Simply click on the License the dongle over the internet button when the licensing page appears.
