Supported data file formats
Thermo (Xcalibur) .RAW files
This is the standard format produced by Thermo mass spectrometers. To load data in this format, you must have Xcalibur or Thermo's MSFileReader libraries correctly installed.
Troubleshooting
If you are unable to import .RAW files, the articles below may help diagnose and resolve the problem:
- I see the error: “This data cannot be accessed because no Thermo file reader libraries were found”
- I see the error: “This file cannot be read with the current regional settings. Please change your settings to ones that use a period as the decimal separator e.g. English (United States).”
