My file format isn't listed; how can I import my data?
If your data isn’t one of the default formats listed at Import Data, have a look to see whether it’s supported by one of the data format plugins for Progenesis QI.
If a plugin is available, you’ll need to make sure Progenesis is fully closed before installing it.
If your file format isn’t listed, we recommend converting your files to either mzML or mzXML using a conversion tool, or (if supported by your instrument) capturing the data in one of the supported formats when running your samples.
