Manufacturer native file format support
Progenesis QI provides limited support for some manufacturer native file formats.
You may need to install extra libraries provided by the manufacturer to be able to use these file formats. See the relevant plugin page for details.
Not all data types or newer instruments will be supported. Unsupported data should be converted to mzML or mzXml if possible.

Data types
Data may be in either profile or centroided forms, although you will usually get better results using profile data. Additionally, if you use centroided data you will be asked to enter the full width at half maximum (FWHM) resolution of the machine on which the data was collected.
